I arrived in Florida with nothing but a blank canvas and a dream of financial freedom, turning uncertainty into success through resilience and determination.

 

I grew up on Long Island with modest means, which fueled my ambition to create a different life for myself. While juggling school and various jobs, I always felt there was something more waiting for me. My journey truly began when I made the leap to Florida with no plan, no place to live, and barely any money—but an unwavering drive to succeed.

 

My first job in Florida was at a gym, where I combined my passion for fitness with honing my sales skills in a dynamic and results-driven environment. A chance meeting with a carpenter led to an apprenticeship, where I learned the art of woodcraft, homebuilding, and the intricacies of creating lasting structures. This hands-on experience gave me a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship behind exceptional homes.

 

During this time, I rented from a woman with a dog named Roscoe. Having never grown up with pets, I quickly bonded with him. When she moved away, I adopted Roscoe, and he’s been by my side ever since.

 

I later gained years of experience in the pest control industry, where I not only developed invaluable skills in identifying structural issues caused by termites, conducting interior and exterior home inspections, and maintaining properties but also honed my sales expertise. This role taught me the critical components of keeping homes safe and sound while strengthening my ability to connect with clients—both of which complemented the foundation of my real estate expertise.

 

A turning point came when some close friends recruited me to help run their new property management company. For seven years, I helped run the business and discovered my entrepreneurial spirit while playing a pivotal role in the ongoing growth and success of the business. During this time, I earned my real estate license, and two years later, I became a broker and formed a small team focused on delivering reliable service throughout South Florida. 

 

When the property management company was sold, the experience highlighted the importance of having clear and well-defined partnerships to ensure alignment and shared success. However, this challenge became an opportunity. I launched Top Gun Realty, where I now work independently, offering a personalized approach to help clients buy and sell properties in Florida’s competitive markets. Since then, I’ve achieved success beyond what I ever imagined, selling homes and building lasting relationships.

 

Today, I share this journey with my partner, Ivana, as we invest in properties and plan for the future. Together, we dream of opening a group home for disabled individuals, inspired by friends and family with autism. Giving back is a cornerstone of my life, whether through creating solutions for others, supporting local charities, or simply walking our dogs, Roscoe and Coral. As I look ahead, I aspire to grow my brokerage on an international and luxury level, combining my passion for real estate with a commitment to making a meaningful impact in the world.

 

My experiences—from carpentry and pest control to managing properties and associations—have uniquely prepared me to serve clients in Florida’s vibrant markets. I bring meticulous attention to detail, a deep understanding of HOA and Condominium Association living, and an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding results.
